About Me

My research interests are focused on systematics and molecular phylogenetic studies of land snails. My research projects are based in the use of molecular tools, which together with a comparative morphology are able to show the phylogenetic relationships that exist at the species level
Research

Allognathus is a genus endemic to the Balearic Islands. It is present in all the main islands of the archipelago and also in several small islets. The genus is composed by two subgenera Allognathus s. str and Iberellus.
